After a knock on the door Ike welcomes Insurance Agent Casca who tells him that she needs to see some proof of insurance. Ike doesn’t understand what she’s talking about, but soon she starts insinuating an alternative way of getting that “proof of insurance”. Next thing he knows, Ike has his dick out and Casca is sucking him hard!
