Brianna Coppage is trying to work through paying the bills when her stepson, Parker Ambrose, begins throwing a basketball in the house. She tells Parker to knock it off, but he comes back and says that it doesn’t look that hard. They decide to give Parker one day to run the household to see how he’d do.
